I woke Josh up from his sleep at 7am on Wednesday morning to inform him that although I wasn't positive, I thought perhaps his son was arriving one week early. After a few hours of denial, I finally accepted that I was in fact in labor. Josh and I stayed busy that morning - packing the car for the hospital, mailing our Christmas letters, and eating Chik-fil-A. As the day went on, my contractions grew more intense, so Josh made a spreadsheet - yes a spreadsheet - to keep track of my contractions. By 3:00, they were 5 minutes aparts, so we checked into Plano Presbyterian Hospital and our family members were soon on their way. I received a heavenly epidural and Cooper Avery Cobbs arrived later that evening at 10:11 pm!

Josh and Jenny,
He is absolutely precious! I think he looks like Josh! We can't wait to meet him in person! I am glad to hear that you guys are enjoying parenthood! We'll have to have a playdate when Hunter gets here...which can't be soon enough!!!!
