"For this child I prayed, and the Lord has granted my petition which I asked of Him. Therefore I also have given him to the Lord; as long as he lives he shall be given to the Lord." 1 Samuel 1:27-28

In the same church where Josh and I met and married, we ceremonially dedicated Cooper to the Lord. We were reminded that Cooper is not our baby, but God's child lent to us for only a short time. What an awesome responsibility we have as parents! Before our family and our church, we promised to raise Cooper in a God-fearing home. Also, we desire our family and our Christian brothers and sisters to guide Cooper towards knowing Jesus as his savior.

Jenny, he's adorable! I loved checking out your site and seeing your cute family.
Thanks again for helping me out on Friday. It was great to see you and I look forward to seeing you again soon (hopefully!)

Awwww...so cute. Our little one slept through the dedication, though I don't know how, with those speakers blasting at 400 decibles.
Starting next week, I'm going down to part-time work. We should get together for a play date sometime in the near future!
How awesome that Cooper has been "officially" dedicated, although I know that you two had dedicated to raise him in the Lord since day one. Jenny, God also reminds me daily that Keenan is His and only mine on loan for a little while. Isn't it amazing how that makes you want to strive to be an even better mom? Praise the Lord!
What an HEART MOVING DAY!Baby Decication was!!I'm sure family and friends there, agree! We love the three of you so VERY much!!!May the Lord continue to be so kind and generous with His care and love for us all!!"Holy be His name!"Abuelita Liz
