After Josh finished his Engineering Leadership Development Program in Boston this June, all the families of these ELDP graduates were invited to celebrate a "mini-session" in Cape Cod with their spouses. My mom and dad joined us so we could particiapte in some "non-baby" activities, such as jet skiing in the ocean ~ Cooper about lost his parents somewhere between a wave and eight feet of air:) We were so thankful for perfect weather and spent as much time God's outdoors as possible - by the beach or the pool, and touring Cape Cod towns. Thanks, Mom and Dad for your extra hands! We all enjoyed our time in the Northeast and are so proud of Josh for successfully completing this two year program!
Josh and I enjoyed spending time with newlyweds Katie and Hanway Yang who we met through the ELDP. Any friend of ours is a friend of Cooper's!
Mom and Dad took us to Plymouth, MA - our last stop before returning to Texas. While we had beautiful weather during our entire stay in the Northeast, this day was smoldering hot! Yet, Josh, Mom and I got a quick and interesting tour of the Mayflower where we spoke with actual pilgrims who traveled to America in 1620! (I could never do role-play). We hope to take Cooper (and hopefully a few of his siblings) back to historic Plymouth someday in the future!
Our little monkey loves being upside down. When we hold him he often starts leaning his head backwards.

WOW! Great pictures! Jenny, the one of you in pink and Cooper in green is my favorite. Cooper is already such a well-traveled baby!
Congrats, Josh! Looks like you three had lots of fun galavanting on the East Coast!
The Lord sure lets us have a
wonderful time with those around us!
Hope we can "Invade the North" soon!!
