Our sweet baby boy is mobile!!!! He scoots across the floor in a single bound - he's got the commando crawl working for him as he uses his arms to guide him and his legs to thrust him forward. So far, he seems to always go for our artificial plants, wicker baskets, and Josh's big t.v. Cooper added "bah-bah-bah-bah" to his vocabulary this week....I'm not certain, but I think I heard a "ma" somewhere in there:) All these changes are so much fun to observe and we're enjoying every stage!
So far, Cooper seems to enjoy eating vegetables more than fruits. He likes sweet potatoes, green beans, peas, carrots, squash (we tried it again), and bananas seem to be the only fruit he'll gobble up. Thankfully, he's also more than tolerating my jogging stroller now and we can take longer walks in the morning. When we get back from our morning stroll, Cooper goes right down for a nap without a fuss; however, he fights his 3rd nap, so sometimes he gets it and sometimes we skip it. While we've had an early summer with Cooper waking up anywhere between 4:45 and 7:15, I think we're finally beginning to see some consistency with him going to sleep between 7:30 and 8:00 and waking up between 6:30 and 7:00. - So to all you new parents out there....hang in there! You will be able to sleep again!
(Cooper looks so much like my "little" brother, Steven, in this last picture....someday I'll scan in some old baby pictures of Josh, Steve, and me, so you can see how Cooper resembles all of us in a way).

Wow - Cooper is looking more like a boy and less like a baby - he is so tall! He does look a little bit like all of you. Did I see some curls in the back of his hair in one picture? It is looking more red!
OMG...I can't beleive it! He has changed so much in the time that I have been gone. You guys are going to have to take tons of photos and make videos for us to see because we won't see him until Christmas! Although I did get an e-mail, and I can fly out there for $89 this weekend, but I don't think that will work. School is so boring; I can't wait for the next break (about 6-7 weeks)! See you guys soon!
