The Fire Station

"They call me the fireman....that's my name. Making my rounds all over town putting out old flames..."

Our neighbor Courtney invited the kids and I to join her family on a tour of our city's Central fire station. Have you ever driven by a fire station and thought, "I should take my kids there to see the fire trucks..."? - Especially if you have a boy! Like most boys, Cooper loves fire trucks and was not disappointed this day. Caroline had a fun time too as she was eager to join her brother and explore the ins and outs of all the trucks. The firemen let the kids crawl inside at least 5 trucks and they got to peak inside an ambulance. So exciting!

Cooper and Landon are only one week apart in age. We are so thankful to have good friends just down the street! I couldn't get Cooper to look at the camera - he just couldn't take his eyes off all the fire station activity.
