Isn't she precious?! We love our little pumpkin - still sweet and easy. She mostly sleeps through the night except for a few 4 am visits here and there. When she awakes at 4, she must think it's actually 7 am because we're up for an hour and half each time! Caroline sucks her thumb when she's sleepy - which is both good and bad: good because she can easily soothe herself to sleep.....bad, because according to my sister-in-law, this is a hard habit to break and kids who put their fingers in their mouth contract illness more easily. Speaking of hands, we've seen Caroline grab an object here and there and she likes to stare at her hands as well. One of my greatest joys this month has been seeing her smile at Cooper ~ she's becoming more social with him. He'll say, "Caroline's smiling!"

she is so precious:) Jack is doing that same stuff with his hands and his thumb...it makes me feel better that caroline does it too! we'll see yall tomorrow!
Both of my girls suck their thumbs. Think of the germs as building their immune systems. :) At this stage I prefer them to be soothed without by help!
