We said "good-bye" to Daddy for the next 10 days as he travels to Sudan for a mission trip. Josh's travels began yesterday at noon and I got a text from him earlier this afternoon that he and his team arrived in Uganda. From there, they'll rest one night and then fly to Sudan. I feel like he's been gone so long already and he hasn't even reached his destination yet! We are going to miss Josh terribly, BUT I am so thankful my husband wants to take the gospel of Jesus Christ across the globe.
I asked Cooper to pray for Daddy at dinner last night. This is what he prayed:
"Dear Jesus, That the mosquitoes wouldn't bite Daddy and that he wouldn't get sick from them. I pray he has a good time telling others about Jesus. We just know that you will bring him back safe." Amen!!

I'm just now seeing these pictures and I'm fighting back tears looking through them. I know he's already back, but I know how hard it is to let them go. I'm so glad he's back and I'm so excited he was able to go and tell as we're called to do!
