Well, it's official, or almost official ~ we close on our new home May 18th. Thankfully, selling our sweet home wasn't a problem - that took less than one month, but finding a home proved to be a bigger challenge! Let me add - finding a home in time so we could take advantage of the tax credit that ended April 30th. We're renting our current house back from the buyers until June 4th so that gives us time to fix up the new place a little bit. We bought a foreclosure that needs some work, but Josh and I are excited about customizing our new place....and we may be calling on some help:) Anyone like to paint? Or replace fences?
This is going to be a bitter-sweet move for me. While I'm thrilled Sarah Jane will have her own room and that the kids will have a play room, I love our current neighborhood and our precious friends who live just a bike-ride away. We will miss this closeness, but don't worry - I will find a new house for all you friends in our new neighborhood:)-

Well, I must say that I'm happy for you getting a new house, but sad that you will be leaving your old one :( We always like to remember our old neighborhood with you guys in it! No more almost matching addresses...ok, so it hasn't matched for a while, but still makes me sad to hear you are moving!
fun stuff!! Can't wait to see the inside:) Just call us if you need some fix-up helf...we love doing stuff like that.
So exciting! Are you guys still in Frisco? Call me if you want any help! I like home arts and crafts :)
The neighborhood won't be the same without you - we will miss you guys!
